Andrew Cohen

Andy Cohen is a second-generation horseman whose love of racing stems from his days visiting the backstretch of the old Blue Bonnets Raceway in Montreal. He's owned and bred Standardbred horses for nearly two decades and has written extensively about the sport for national publications such as The Atlantic and for trade publications such as the Horseman and Fair World. He is a two-time winner of the John Hervey Award for racing journalism and a two-time winner of the Joe O'Brien Award for Media Excellence. He is a journalist and recovering attorney with horses in New Jersey, Kentucky, and Pennsylvania.
