Horsemen Rally Support As Tioga Downs Buries 30 Horses Who Perished In Barn Fire by Paulick Report Staff|11.15.2023|2:30pm The 30 horses who perished in last week's barn fire have been given a proper burial near the backstretch of Tioga Downs, according to a release from the track. A monument inscribed with the names of the fallen horses (listed below) will be installed to memorialize them. Local police have arrested a suspect and charged him with arson. Fellow horsemen and women have rallied to support those touched by this tragic event with great compassion and generosity.
