Battalion Runner Exported To Uruguay
Battalion Runner, a multiple graded stakes-placed runner and Florida sire who has made the most from a small handful of runners, has been sold to stand in Uruguay, Daily Racing Form reports.
The 10-year-old son of Unbridled's Song had previously stood his entire career at Ocala Stud in Florida, standing his first season in 2018.
With just 16 starters on the racetrack, Battalion Runner has been represented by nine winners, led by stakes winners Lightnin Runner and Rated by Merit, the latter of which is an undefeated 2-year-old.
