Florida Owners Amado, Siskin Join FTHA Board Of Directors by Press Release|03.18.2023|2:43pm The Florida Thoroughbred Horsemen's Association on Saturday announced the results of its 2023 election. Incumbent Owner/Director Thomas Cannell and incumbent Trainer/Directors Patrick Biancone and David Fawkes have been re-elected. New to the board are Owner/Directors Gerardo Amado and Jeffrey Siskin. The new board will take office effective April 6, 2023, the date of the next board meeting. Officers will be named at the April 6 meeting.
