Profusio, who finished fifth of six runners as the even-money favorite in the $14,000 claiming race, has been disqualified and purse money redistributed. The 5-year-old son of Pioneerof the Nile, owned by Robert Photos, subsequently won a $5,000 claiming race June 8 at Finger Lakes. Englehart waived his right to appeal, according to the ruling posted on the New York State Gaming Commission website. He is to serve his suspension from June 22-July 1, 2022.
